Drone Photography, 360 Tours & Photogrammetry in Kent
See properties, places and events from a more powerful perspective.
Based in Dover, Land & Air Photography provides professional drone imagery, aerial video, immersive 360 photography and photogrammetry services across Kent. We create engaging visual content for property marketing, site documentation and events on land or water.
Whether you are selling a home, recording the progress of a development, building a three-dimensional model or promoting a live event, every project begins with a clear brief and practical flight planning.
A different view can tell a better story
Ground-level photographs show the details. Aerial and 360 imagery reveal the complete setting.
Drone photography can show a property in relation to its garden, coastline, countryside or nearby amenities. Photogrammetry can turn a carefully planned set of overlapping images into a measurable digital record. At events, aerial photographs and video can capture the atmosphere, scale and movement that conventional coverage often misses.
Land & Air Photography brings these techniques together in one flexible service for clients throughout Kent.
Real-estate photography and 360 tours
Help buyers understand the space before they arrange a viewing. Combine aerial exterior images with immersive 360 photography to present homes, developments, commercial premises and holiday accommodation more effectively.
Aerial event photography and video
Capture car meets, motorsport at controlled venues, sailing, rowing, watersports, festivals, shows and community events from above. Coverage is planned around the venue, programme, airspace, participants and intended final content.
Drone photogrammetry and 3D modelling
Create detailed visual records of land, buildings and structures using systematic aerial image capture. Outputs can include orthomosaic imagery, point clouds, textured 3D models and other project-specific data products.
How a project works
1. Tell us what you need
Share the location, preferred date, intended use and the results you want. Reference images, site plans and event schedules are helpful where available.
2. We assess the location
Before confirming aerial work, we consider the site, nearby airspace, public access, landowner permission, weather and any operational restrictions that could affect the flight.
3. We capture the content
The photography or data capture follows an agreed plan, with attention to safe operation, useful viewpoints and consistent coverage.
4. You receive the finished work
Files are edited, processed and supplied digitally in formats suited to the agreed use, whether that is online marketing, social media, print, visual inspection or a digital project workflow.
Frequently asked questions
Where do you work?
We are based in Dover and cover projects across Kent. Work farther afield may be possible depending on the brief and schedule.
Can a drone fly at every location?
Not always. Weather, airspace, the proximity of people or property, landowner permission and the nature of the site can all affect what is possible. We assess feasibility before confirming the aerial element of a booking.
What happens if the weather is unsuitable?
Strong wind, rain, poor visibility or other conditions may make aerial work impractical. Where possible, we agree a suitable alternative date or adapt the capture plan.
Can you provide both photographs and video?
Yes. A project can include high-resolution still images, edited video clips, 360 imagery or processed photogrammetry outputs, depending on the service and agreed brief.
